  1. There should be more switching between partners in order for us to always be dancing and learning from all others

    RESPONSE: Dually noted, we will see what we can do in changes of style of teaching. I know that each person has their own tendencies. But this is an area where you have to contemplate a little bit. Some people come with a partner and want to dance with them the entire time, while others who don’t have partners, want to switch to get the chance to dance with others.

    So, we will push it a little more, but we will vocalize that they don’t necessarily need to.

  2. some people need to learn not to push someones comfort level without their permission to try it.

    RESPONSE: Also noted. I as well as some others are guilty of this. But, there are some dances like Tango and Blues, that when you enter the room, you should expect to not have a comfort level at all. Both dances are EXTREMELY sultry. However, this should not find its way into swing, salsa, etc. So, we should be more perceptive to this sort of thing.
